Comments about transcription: This is my favorite track on the CD. I
tried to figure this one out because Dave is one of my favorite players.
He uses some pretty cool chords for this song, so they were more difficult
for me to figure out. I tried to map out the chords to the different
sections of the song that have guitar in them.
If anyone plays this any different, let me know, because my ear isn't
all that good. The verse chords are sort of hard to hear, but here goes..
1st verse chords strummed low to high:
black and blue and broken bones you left me here i'm all alone
my little piggy needed something new
chorus chords:
nothing can stop me now, cause i don't care any more
sometimes Dave leaves the natural harmonics out
2nd verse chords:
sort of the same as the first verse, but Dave changes them a little to
add some disonance. I haven't been able to figure them out yet.
towards the end of the second verse he plays:
(the "what am i supposed to do, i lost my shit because of you" part)
then back to the chorus riff repeated.
Again, any comments or corrections are appreciated.
